Prism Stream Pro (“the Application”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are. By using the Application, you accept the practices described below. This English text is a translation provided for convenience: the French version is the only legally binding one, and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
1. Data we process
Account data you provide: email address, username, first name, surname, age, phone number and, where applicable, a profile picture. Technical data: device information, connection logs and Application preferences. Your playlists (M3U) and Xtream Codes credentials are used solely to play your streams; when they are synced, they are encrypted.
2. How we use data
We use your data to create and secure your account, provide the features of the Application, manage your subscription, deliver support and improve the service. We never sell your personal data.
3. Third-party providers
We rely on trusted providers: Firebase (authentication and database), Google Play (managing subscriptions and payments made from Android), and Stripe (managing payments made from Windows and from this site). These providers process certain data under their own policies. Stripe accordingly receives the information required for payment; your card details never pass through our servers and are never stored by us.
4. Security
Communications are encrypted (TLS) and sensitive data is protected. You can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to strengthen your account security. As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request its deletion at any time from the Security screen, or by contacting us.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, as well as a right to object. To exercise these rights, write to us at: privacy@prismstreamstudio.com.
7. Minors
The Application is restricted to people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors.
8. Changes
This policy may change. Where a change is significant, we will tell you inside the Application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
