Terms of use

1. Nature of the service

Prism Stream Pro is a media player and NOTHING ELSE. The Application does not provide, host, distribute or sell any audiovisual content, channel or playlist. It merely plays the streams that YOU supply (M3U files or Xtream Codes credentials).

2. Responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the content you load and play, and you warrant that you hold every right, licence or subscription required in your jurisdiction. Any unlawful use, or any use infringing copyright, is strictly prohibited and falls under your sole responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in order to use the Application.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. Tell us if you become aware of unauthorised use.

5. Subscriptions, trials and payments

Premium features are offered through subscriptions (monthly, yearly) or a lifetime purchase. Any free trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends, unless it is cancelled before the end of the period. The payment route depends on the platform you subscribe from: on Android, payments, renewals and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its own terms; from Windows or from our site, they are handled by our provider Stripe, with Prism Stream Studio as the seller. Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes.

6. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Application to access unlawful content, circumvent protection measures, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to hack, decompile or misuse the service.

7. No warranty

The Application is provided “as is”, with no warranty that it will be free of interruption or error. Stream availability depends on your own sources, which we do not control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for the use you make of third-party content loaded into the Application.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. You may stop using the Application and delete your account at any time.

“Lifetime” access (Prism Edition)

The “Prism Edition / Lifetime access” offer is a one-time purchase granting access to the Premium features of Prism Stream Pro for as long as the application and the service are operated — not for the lifetime of the user. This access remains valid for as long as the Prism Stream Pro application and service are maintained and available. Prism Stream Studio reserves the right to develop, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, in particular where technical, economic or legal constraints require it; should that happen, no refund may be claimed beyond the rights guaranteed by applicable law. Premium access is tied to the account that made the purchase and is neither assignable nor transferable. Prism Stream Pro is a player: it provides no content, and access to streams depends on the user’s own subscription or provider (Xtream/IPTV), which is independent of Prism Stream Studio.

Subscription, cancellation and account deletion

A subscription taken out from the Android application is billed by Google Play and tied to the Google account that made the purchase. Uninstalling the application, and deleting your Prism Stream Pro account, do not cancel that subscription: the user must cancel it from the Play Store. Prism Stream Studio has no ability to cancel a Google Play subscription on the user’s behalf, and cannot be held liable for amounts charged by Google after an account has been deleted. Refund requests are then governed by Google Play policy.

A subscription taken out from Windows or from our site is billed by Stripe on behalf of Prism Stream Studio. Cancellation and refund requests go through us, at contact@prismstreamstudio.com.

In both cases, an active subscription is tied to the account used for the purchase; it is neither assignable, nor transferable, nor restorable on another account.

Right of withdrawal: for a purchase made on our site, you have a period of fourteen days. This right lapses as soon as your Premium access is activated, which you expressly consent to at the time of the order.
